Notes: Op.2 is a reissue of the first English edition (RISM V1905, White III: 1-6); Op.16 & 17 are the first English editions (RISM V1914/15, White III: 10-12 & 13-15), Op.18 is also the first English Edition, and is given as Op.20 (White III: 16-18)
